<p>Let me introduce you to Zipang, a sparkling sake that&rsquo;s sold in 250ml bottles. Flavor wise, think of a cross between champagne and beer. While beer&rsquo;s made using barley, sake is made using fermented rice which is where its flavor originates from. </p>
<p>With it&rsquo;s mild refreshing flavor base, we decided to try and see how Zipang plays against watermelon and adding another interesting twist, both recipes that have been attempted with Zipang also feature Lucid Absinthe. </p>
<p>The Rum Rum Pang-</p>
<p>2 Oz Gosling Rum<br />
Â¾ Oz Lucid Absinthe<br />
2 Dash Peychaud<br />
Watermelon<br />
Champagne Flute<br />
Top with Zipang Sparking Sake</p>
